VERY distressing Sex And The City news

We remember this rumour being whispered when the first Sex And The City movie was being made – but this time it sounds like there’s more truth in it. According to insiders who are working on ideas for the sequel, they’re planning to kill off a major character – in other words, one of the four leading ladies. “There is no doubt that a sequel will happen but the producers are very aware that something dramatic has to happen in order to keep the fans captivated,” says the blabbermouth. “There is a very strong possibility that one of the main characters will be killed off but it's not clear who yet. Obviously it's unlikely to be Carrie but any of the others could meet their end. Scripts are already being worked on with various scenarios.” Oh no! We already feel mournful. So, which of the four would you prefer to meet a grisly end? Do tell – it’s not in bad taste, because Sex And The City is not real life (or so our long-box-set-suffering boyfriend keeps telling us).

I haven't seen the film yet, but there is no need to make another one. Why spoil perfection....

I was never the biggest fan of the series, but I did watch it from time to time, I saw the film though and I really liked it. I think they should leave it on a high! 1 film was enough.

Now if they are going to make a film from a tv series, I reckon they should do a FRIENDS film! That would be brilliant.

I don't like it when they make films out of TV series, as I think its just like an extended episode and isn't worth £8 for a cinema tickets, so I wouldn't want them to make a friends film.

I second Lala's comment. Kill them all. Please.
