General Info: Hi my username is Lala, I am 28 years old and currently live near Glasgow in Scotland. I am originally from Somerset but now live here because this is where my husband (archien) is from. I work as a booking clerk and in my spare time I enjoy walking my dog, chatting to people on this site and I am also currently studying for a degree via the Open University.

I first realised I had PCOS many years ago although it took a long time to get it confirmed by my Dr. I think I always knew there was a problem but it was only after reading about PCOS in a magazine that I realised that I had it. I self diagnosed and then spent a few years trying to convince my Dr I was right! I have had various tests to confirm it and have tried treatments such as Metformin.

I love being a part of this site because I have made some really good friends and met some really lovely and interesting people. Its a great way to learn more about the condition and to be able to chat to people who understand.

General Info: Hi I'm Amethyst, I'm from London, and I currently live with my partner and our daughter in Wiltshire. I have grown up in places across the world which has given me a huge love of travel and meeting new people (I don't like to stay in any one place too long!). I also love rock music and the theatre.

I first discovered I had PCOS after I had a back injury in 2002 - my physio mentioned to me that the MRI image showed up multiple cysts on my ovaries that I should get checked out. After many years of desperately trying to get answers for all the symptoms I'd been experiencing and struggling with clueless doctors, it was a relief to finally have a name for it.

I love being part of this site. I learn so much from all the ladies on here, there is the most amazing support, and we have a lot of laughs! I have also made some really close friends. Look forward to meeting you!

General Info: I was diagnosed when I was about 17/18 (I think, brain dead!) I have a majority, if not all, of the symptoms and I have them bad. I grow a better beard than most men I know, and under my gorgeous clothes, I am hairier than a yeti!
I was very lucky to catch at 20, and I have a 3 year old daughter. I am hoping to get married next year, to Philip (he ain't the Adonis of my dreams, but is close enough!) and we are going Medieval baby!

I have met some awesome girls here on the site and love them all to bits. Hence why I am never off the boards!

General Info: Hi my name is Fluff ( real name is Vanessa - but I only get called that when I have done something wrong. Which is a lot...) I live in a small village in Southampton where time seems to stand still and everyone looks suspiciously related...

At the moment I work for a well known Oil Company on the technical team, but am trying to use my degree to get into TV writing - fingers crossed!

I first realised I had PCOS when I was about 16 (i think) after the usual symptoms arose - luckily I dont suffer that badly anymore, and after losing my target of 3 stone last year, things are finally getting back to normal.

I really enjoy this site and have met some fabulous people, both online and face to face - we have so much fun and the support is incredible, its enough to melt my tiny tiny heart....
