I try not to spend what I don't have, but I don't really save.

In some ways, I'm quite tight in that I hate paying for things unnecessarily, but this means that I have more money to spend elsewhere (e.g. clothes).

Cookies Diet Diary!!

Last year I lost just over 2 stone, but then December came and I stopped trying and then pigged out at Christmas, now I'm ready to get back on it. I'm doing a diet specifically for PCOS, it really seemed to work because I lost 2 stone in about 3 months, and now I'm ready to lose the weight I gained over Christmas plus another 2 stone. My goal is to get to 10 and a half stone by the end of July - now some people think I can't do it, but I know if I stick with it then I can do it.

Original ...

Woke up early this morning (shortly before 6 am) to find a light dusting of snow!! It`s so unusual for it to snow here in Hampshire but the forecast is predicting more .The kids have been out throwing snow balls,it`s great as they`re quite excited about going back to school now!!

The sirens have been going off in every direction so I`m guessing black ice.

New Year, New Start?

Right, I am writing this as I am now becoming a little irate with the usage of Text Speak. I know both Nik and Lala have raised the subject in the past to have a few unhappy words said about them.

This isn't fair.

Text Speak in my opinion, is laziness and sheer lack of respect. There are several individuals who are still constantly using it.

It is out of respect for each other and knowledge of the written word that we write with the words we were taught as children. Our english ...

What product have you tried recently and want to recommend?

I've been using

Maybelline Volume Express The Colossal Mascara

it's great for really long, clump free lashes. One of the best mascaras I've found in a long time and the bonus is it's on sale in some places at the moment (ie boots has it for the reduced price of £4.84)

Treatments at Beauty Training College

I've decided to commit to have electrolysis on my upper lip. I've had it done in the past, but its been quite sporadic, so now I really want to ensure the hair goes for good.

Cos I'm new to the area, I don't really know the best places to go. I've found a salon that does it for £14 for 15 minutes. The local college has a salon for students to practice and they will charge £6 for 20 minutes.
How was your New Years eve?

We had a lovely night. We got drunk, made enough party food for 8 and then ate nearly all of it , had christmas crackers and party hats, watched some funny tv and then got Sing star Abba out It was a lovely way to see in the New Year.

Still can't quite believe its 2009
